FAQ - Order processing & delivery

Please allow 1 business day for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following Monday and will ship within the following 2 business days after being processed.

Our orders are shipped from NY; any orders to be delivered outside of the Tristate area should be placed no later than December 12, 2025 at 12 PM EST in order to receive it before December 24, 2025.*

Due to the high volume of packages around the holiday season, We are anticipating carrier delays and recommend adding an additional 2-3 days to regular shipping times for orders to be delivered.
